In business, career and life - songs about change can focus on some of the following: personal growth, societal shifts, technology disruptions, business acquisitions, new beginnings, aging, hope and fear. Besides David Bowie songs, here are some that came to mind for me:

"Imagine" - John Lennon

"What's Going On" - Marvin Gaye

"A Change Is Gonna Come" - Sam Cooke

"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - Bob Dylan

"Man in the Mirror" - Michael Jackson

"Dog Days Are Over" - Florence and the Machine

"100 Years" – Five for Fighting

"When I’m Sixty-Four" – The Beatles

"Video Killed the Radio Star" – The Buggles

"Virtual Insanity" – Jamiroquai

"The Scientist" - Coldplay

"Brand New Me" – Aretha Franklin

"Landslide" – Fleetwood Mac

"Stop This Train" – John Mayer

"Automation Song" – Phil Ochs

"Digital Witness" – St. Vincent

"Fitter Happier" – Radiohead

"Mr. Roboto" – Styx

"Technologic" – Daft Punk

Thanks David! Good to hear from you. I'm not the most ardent Bowie fan, but his 70s stuff still holds up remarkably well. Ziggy Stardust, in particular, is a pretty fantastic album.
