Another good post, Zack. With more teams and executives working remotely than ever it’s gotten easier for team/relationship building to absorb too much of the focus. It genuinely does matter more with remote teams and there is real value to building those bonds among a leadership team, but I think accomplishing that in a constructive way, e.g., forcing collaboration across departments that doesn’t often happen organically is a high-bandwidth way to do it.
